Mrs. Adams was born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico, the same year as the aliens allegedly landed in Roswell in 1947. She is the mother of four biological children and one adopted out of the foster care system and has eleven grandchildren. Mrs. Adams worked 18 plus years as a social worker then part time in a treatment foster care agency and has recently retired.
During her years as a social worker, she was amazed how children who had been severely abused and neglected still enjoyed most things magical as if to reach out beyond tragedy for something better.
As a closet poet, she always wanted to write children's story books but never knew exactly what to write about until her
daughter started a volunteer community fantasy group and her outdoor fantasy photo business.
Seeing how both children and adults loved to participate as faeries, trolls and other realm beings for local events helped to inspire Mrs. Adams even further. "During these events the volunteers enjoyed dressing up and sharing their magical experiences with the community. The joy was overwhelming to see." commented Mrs. Adams. She then completed her first book, "A TINY WISH GRANTED".
